The Leadership Forum is a chance to network, connect, share resources, ideas and inspiration with your peers from the taiko community.  Anyone who is taking leadership roles in their group, and anyone who is thinking deeply about the issues that affect the taiko community should attend this session. Examining the variety of leadership structures and the strengths and weaknesses of those structures.

The taiko community has been rapidly growing over the last 15 years. This rapid growth naturally has many growing pains. What are these issues? How does your group solve problems within your group? What is the decision making process in your group? What do you need to help your group become a better taiko organization? Where do you go for those resources right now?

Session will be a moderated event in a round-table discussion type of format. A general overview will be presented to provide some background information. The group will then sub-divide into smaller breakout sessions and come back to discuss in the larger group. Everyone is welcome!!!
